Christmas Eve

This year all the kids had plans with their other families so mom and dad and Paul and I all went to a movie and then to Olive garden for dinner. We saw a great movie called "Saving Mr. Banks" It was the story of Walt Disney and how he acquired the rights to make Mary Poppins. It was really a great movie. Afterwards we headed over to Olive Garden and then home to wait for the grand kids to come and open their Jammie's

It was a nice evening and then headed to bed to wait for the arrival of Santa.

Happy Anniversary Nikki and Steven

It's been 10 years...where has the time gone to. Three kids later and a new house...The Luthi's.

Our favorite Santa

Every year since Nikki was around 18 months I have taken my kids and grandkids to see Santa. This Santa is very special and although he has changed a couple of times through the years there is one that is the REAL Santa. This year that would be him....Keslee and Grayson didn't like him to much though...at least until he gave them some candy then he was ok....

Baby Archer is Born

On December 11th Holli was induced at 8: 0 a.m. She was given a epidural and so wasn't in to much pain for the majority of the time. At about 5:00 p.m. Doctor Roth arrived and they started pushing. At 5:20 our baby Archer Steven Pierce arrived. He is a chunk weighing in at 9.6 ounces and 21 1/2 inches long. He had a little bit of brown hair and his eyes look dark like his dad's. In fact he looks a lot like his dad. He
has been a very good little baby and took to nursing right away. Holli stayed in the hospital for three days and then came home.  David has taken the month off so he has been able to help her out a lot.

Keslee's First Birthday

We had everyone over including the Luthi clan plus my brother Mark was in town for Susan's Funeral so all of his kids were staying with me. My house was brimming with people. Keslee got a new little pink car from her parents and a lot  of clothes from everyone else. It's hard to believe that she is one. She is started walking about a week before her birthday.. She is such a big girl now...
