Nichole's Birthday

We celebrated Nichole's 30th Birthday at the Homestead where they had been spending the night. We met up with the whole family including Linda and Steve and had a great dinner and company. It's hard to believe that my little girl has turned 30. Happy Birthday Nichole.

Easter 2013

This year Easter came earlier in the year. The day was perfect though. Warm and the kids were able to do their Easter Egg hunt in the backyard. We had all the kids this year. We need a really nice dinner and everyone helped. Paul and I had just gotten back from Australia yesterday so we are still
a little tired and mixed up on our sleeping pattern.

Holli's Birthday

Well my baby girl turned 27 while we were in Australia  this year. I made this cute cake for her before I left and had Kailie give it to her on her actual birthday. We went out to dinner before we left and celebrated. I gave her a new outfit plus a bunch of other stuff. It's hard to believe my kids are getting so old..I don't feel old enough to have these kids....haha

Australia

This year we used our pass of all passes that Delta gave to each employee. We were able to go to Australia on a guaranteed seat. We flew to Los Angeles and then onto Sydney to bought tickets to Caines and flew on Virgin Australia. It was a long day or two of flying but we finally made it there. We rented a beach house and it was beautiful. We stayed there for 5 days and even got to snorkel the Great Barrier Reef. We visited the zoo and saw the kangaroos.
Then we flew back to Sydney where we rented a over 100 year old home in the Rocks and then toured the beautiful city of Sydney. We did the on and off bus tour, the on and off boat tour and did a lot of walking. It is an amazing city. So beautiful. We went with our friends the Millerberg's. We really had a wonderful time and best of all it was nice not to worry if we had a seat home or not. We even got to ride in business both ways. What a treat. We saw a lot of amazing things and had a wonderful time. What a great experience we had.
