This year I was called as Camp Director for the Fox Pointe Ward. There was so much preparation for camp and it started in January. Our ward has gotten smaller and we only had about 10-15 girls up at camp all week. Although we were small in number we still had a great time and we didn't even have any drama this year. The girls were able to go canoeing and zip lining. There was the hike and alot of crafts to be had. My assistant this year was Julie Gardner and she helped out with the girls and the crafts. We even took a canoe ride together in our clothes and proceeded to tip the boat over and both of us got completely wet. It felt good though even though I had no dry underclothes left.
The camp lasted from Tuesday till Friday and the weather was perfect the entire week. so glad it's over though.
