Easter

It was Kailie and Alex's turn to go to his family this year so we had them over for a yummy mountain man breakfast. Then afterwards they dyed Easter eggs for me. It was lot's of fun .

This year we were fortunate to have my parents drive up to spend Easter with us. We had all the kids there except for Kailie and Alex. The weather was perfect and we were even able to BBQ and eat outside. The kids had a fun Easter egg hunt and we enjoyed good food and great company. We even had some yummy strawberry pie and cherry cheesecake for dessert...

Uncle Mark

My brother came up to Salt Lake and stayed with me a few days while he was working at the Sandy Costco. On Monday when I had the grandkids he shared a breakfast with the kids. Porter sure loves his uncle Mark...

Happy Birthday Holli

Today my second daughter turns 26 years old. It is so hard for be to believe where all the years have gone. They seem to have passed me by so quickly. Holli is a beautiful daughter and I am so blessed that she is in my life. She is a wonderful mom now and I know that she will probably have many children and be an amazing mom herself. We all went to dinner at a Indian food place that Holli really liked. It wasn't my favorite but it was fun being with all the family.  Happy Birthday my sweet daughter

Southern Caribean Cruise 2012

Well another cruise with our dear friends the Millerbergs, this time we decided to headed the southern Caribean. We saw five ports, St. Croix, St. Kitts, Dominca, Grenada, St. Thomas. They were all very beautiful and we had so much fun at each port. We left two days early for the boat departure and our cruise departed from San Juan. We had no problem getting there and spent a night in San Juan before the boat left. After the cruise was over it took us all day to get out of San Juan and had to go to Detriot then Los Angeles and then spend the night there and then home on the first flight of the morning on Sunday. It was a long two days and we layed around and slept most of Sunday but we were home. The cruise was a great success and fun was had by all. The weather was perfect and we all came home with a little sun.
I love crusing and can hardly wait for the next one.

When I loaded these pictures they all loaded backwards. So start from here and work your way to the top picture...fun fun fun......

Happy Birthday Kailie

Well 23 years ago I gave birth to a darling little girl. We were so sure we were having a boy as I had been sick for the past 6 months and I had never been sick when I was pregnant with the other girls. That this just had to be a little boy. So when Kailie poped out we were so surprised. She has been the joy of our lives though. I am so thankful for another girl in my life. She is always happy and has a such a tender heart. She is always thinking of others and their feelings.  Today we celebrate her birthday.
We all got together as a family on Sunday and had a wonderful dinner of her choice. Then on her actual birthday her and Alex came over and we BBQ steaks on the grill. I hope you have a wonderful day Kailie. I love you so much...mom
