Australia

This year we used our pass of all passes that Delta gave to each employee. We were able to go to Australia on a guaranteed seat. We flew to Los Angeles and then onto Sydney to bought tickets to Caines and flew on Virgin Australia. It was a long day or two of flying but we finally made it there. We rented a beach house and it was beautiful. We stayed there for 5 days and even got to snorkel the Great Barrier Reef. We visited the zoo and saw the kangaroos.
Then we flew back to Sydney where we rented a over 100 year old home in the Rocks and then toured the beautiful city of Sydney. We did the on and off bus tour, the on and off boat tour and did a lot of walking. It is an amazing city. So beautiful. We went with our friends the Millerberg's. We really had a wonderful time and best of all it was nice not to worry if we had a seat home or not. We even got to ride in business both ways. What a treat. We saw a lot of amazing things and had a wonderful time. What a great experience we had.

Kailie turns 24

It's hard to believe that my baby has just turned 24. Where has all the time gone? We had a fun night with part of the family and went to the Olive Garden (Kailie's choice) for dinner. It was yummy food and the company was great, although we did miss the Luthi's.
Holli gave her a new pair of shoes and I gave her the rest of the outfit, new pants, shirt and jacket, plus a little necklace and earrings to go with. Afterwards we went back to Kailies house and played cards which Kailie and Paul both beat Alex and I. Happy Birthday Kailie..your a wonderful daughter that I have always been very proud of all of your decisions in life and how well you have lead your life. Your an insperation to me always. I love you and couldn't be any happier that I am your mom.

Happy Valentine'sDay

Paul was so sweet and really gave me some wonderful things for Valentines this year.He did his tradtional container with my swedish fish and then some cute boots and socks. I did the 14 days till Valentines and every day he had a cute surprise waiting. On Valentines I gave him a Sportsman's gift card and two new shirts...
We went to a movie after dropping off all the kids Valentines and then he made me a really good dinner of Steak and Crab. What a fun day and what a sweatheart I have...

Steven's Birthday

Today was Steven's 31st Birthday. Nikki had the parents over for dinner and we helped Steven and the family celebrate his day. I made him a fun cake fom pop an candybars. We game him a cabellas card and a new shirt. I was a really nice dinner, Steak, potatoes and corn. Afterwards we had cake and ice cream...Happy Bithday Steven...
